REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER
Full-time employment opportunity at Brown County Hospital. Candidate must be proficient in our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Compassion, and Unity.
The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process, i.e. patient access, revenue integrity, claims adjudication, and AR management through a cross-department organizational structure. Maintains knowledge of regulatory and payor policies, industry standards, and facility policies and procedures. Creates value in operations, monitors staff productivity and performance and communicates effectively. Analyzes data for reimbursement trends and interacts with internal and external leaders to resolve identified issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; consideration will be given to other degrees with proven competencies. Must possess strong time management skills and have the ability to perform workflow process improvement. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and analytical and problem-solving skills; have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as internal personal skills; demonstrate supervisory experience or aptitude for working with people in a leadership capacity.

Radiologic Technologist
Brown County Hospital is seeking a full-time radiologic technologist for its growing Radiology Department. This is an opportunity to work with a strong, dedicated health care team. Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible and be licensed by the State of Nebraska as a Medical Radiographer.
Qualifications and Skills
- CT experience preferred. If no CT experience, must be willing to train and be able to demonstrate competency within 2 months.
- Ultrasound experience preferred
- Mammography Certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Candidate must be able to work a varied schedule, including call and respond within 30 minutes. A comprehensive benefits package is available. MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST / MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN
