Brown County Hospital is seeking a full-time radiologic technologist for its growing Radiology Department. This is an opportunity to work with a strong, dedicated health care team. Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible and be licensed by the State of Nebraska as a Medical Radiographer.
Qualifications and Skills
- CT experience preferred. If no CT experience, must be willing to train and be able to demonstrate competency within 2 months.
- Ultrasound experience preferred
- Mammography Certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Candidate must be able to work a varied schedule, including call and respond within 30 minutes. A comprehensive benefits package is available. Human Resource Manager
Brown County Hospital is seeking to hire a full-time Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource manager plans, organizes, and directs the provisions of the human resources and marketing functions of the organization. Establishes policies and procedures, human resource and marketing objectives. Duties include but not limited to participation in strategic planning, recuirtment and retention of workforce, analyzing compensation and benefit programs, supervision of the payroll process and wage reporting requirements. Serves on the Administrative Leadership Team of the facility. Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources and 2-4 years related experience preferred. Skills required – leadership, organization & prioritizing abilities, effective oral and written communication, critical thinking and problem solving. Must maintain good working relationships with administration and frontline staff. Training period with current manager provided for this salaried position.
